He did a great job! A few days after the extraction, I started to have moderate pain and was concerned that I was not healing correctly. Kamal was able to get me in for the extraction appointment extremely fast. This was especially evident when he needed an extra x-ray to decide between two treatment options and he told me before the x-ray that there would not be an extra charge for it. You can tell that he cares about his patients (even new ones) and that he operates his dental practice with a long-term view of the doctor/patient relationship. He was very compassionate and easy going. Kamal walked me through the procedures that I would need as well as a timeline. However, everyone in the office made me feel so welcomed that my fears were soon put to rest. I was nervous since I had never been to their clinic before and it was such a visible and involved treatment.
I came to them with an infected front tooth that needed to be extracted asap. I called Artisan and they were happy to take me as a new patient. I arrived at Artisan Dental after being turned away from many dental clinics due to the insurance I carry. It couldn’t have gone more quick and pain-free! I am so appreciative of the entire staff of Artisan Dental! I would highly recommend this place for adults and children alike! I intend to go back for potential Invisalign consultation next! Considering the initial anxiety I had about my (first time) wisdom teeth removal, couldn’t be more thankful of everyone who works at Artisan Dental for how pleasant they made my two visits! They are the best! -Cassandra Followed the instructions of the dentist and the dental assistants and literally had no pain following up as I healed. I was so surprised at how quick the process was. The dentist literally had them taken out in less than 5 minutes with no anesthesia and no pain. Then had scheduled to have my wisdom teeth removed the following day. I had such a great experience at Artisan Dental, Plymouth! I went in for pain from wisdom teeth and I can not emphasize how pleasant the entire staff was! Greeted with such friendly staff upon entrance, dental assistants all made me feel comfortable and at ease about what would happen, answered all of my questions and concerns, provided quick X-rays. Ahmed and his team to all of my friends and family! Thanks a million!!! He even allowed me to control the suction on my own because it was easier for me to not gag. He never once made me feel that it is my fault and he gave me so much time to relax when my reflux was triggered. As I mentioned before I am a huge gagger and I know this is a big inconvenience to both his assistant and the dentist. This place is a gem!!! I highly recommend this dental office to you and your family! *UPDATE* I just had a follow-up visit with Doctor Ahmed for a filling and he and his assistant was so patient with me. I can tell that she went out of her way to prevent triggering my reflux. All of the hygienists are great, I am a huge gagger and Maryam was so patient with me. From the moment I called and Lynette answered she and Navara worked so hard to schedule all three of us in just one day. Me, my wife, & my son just switched to Artisan Dental.
